How to pack battery?

1.       Make sure all battery voltage, capacity, impedance and self-discharge is same;

2.       Connect one “-’ and two “+“ of lithium polymer battery, then connect two “-“ and three “+” of lithium polymer battery and connect others by that analogy;

3.       Make sure insulation on sealed part and fixed between cells by double-side tape;

4.       Welding the battery by tin soldering or spot welding accoding to different application;

5.       Each serie should get lead wire connect the PCB when welding and make sure balance of each cell;

6.       Don’t broke cells when welding, battery cannot be connected reversed in case of short-circuit.
